Job Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting.
- Change and make beds, ensuring fresh linens and a neat appearance in guest rooms.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners as necessary, maintaining a clean and odor-free environment.
- Ensure that essential supplies, such as toiletries and cleaning materials, are adequately stocked and replenished.
- Inspect and report any maintenance or repair needs in rooms and public areas to maintain a safe and functional environment.
- Collect, sort, and wash linens, towels, and other laundry items, folding and storing them neatly.
- EHandle lost and found items by properly documenting and storing them for guest retrieval.
- Provide courteous and helpful assistance to guests, responding to requests and inquiries.
