Salary Package:
The company gives $21 Dollars per hour
& weekly working hours are approximately 40 hours
Education:
The candidates will possess Secondary school graduation certificate along with excellent English spoken skills. Having diploma related to the field are more preferable.
Experience:
Candidates shall have 1 to 2 years of working experience in Retail Store as a Supervisor. More experience holders are preferred to appoint.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidates are responsible to perform;
- Sell merchandise & prepare reports on sales volumes
- Manage various merchandising and personnel matters
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Also, authorize payments by cheque/ cash
- Authorize return of merchandise & assign sales workers to duties
- Effective interpersonal skills are required
- Moreover, resolve issues i.e. customer complaints & supply shortages
- Supervise & coordinate activities of workers
- Maintain & organize inventory of the Retail Store properly
- Able to perform assigned tasks as given by the company
- Showing positive attitude & behavior towards customers
- Meet market competitors to discuss about various issues of sales & products
- Strictly follow the rules & regulations set by the company
